Developed Strategic and Tactical Plans to develop a vertically integrated transportation system, improve service and cost efficiency.  Project included consideration the sale of the organization, joint venture with an established EMS company or the purchase of competitors.  CareFlite is a, not-for-profit air and ground medical transportation provider owned as a joint venture of Texas Health Resources and the Baylor Healthcare System.  Project Completed December, 1997.
