The Polaris Group is a North Carolina Limited Liability Company that specializes in Emergency Management Services and Public Safety.  The company is owned by David A. Shrader who serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer.

The Polaris Group employs a number of associates as independent consultants according to the individual needs of each client.  The company draws its consultants from the ranks of healthcare and public safety industry leaders throughout North America.  Each team is custom tailored to include consultants with specialties such as anti-trust law, managed care systems, public accounting, emergency medicine and system design so that the maximum expertise can be applied to each client’s situation at a reasonable cost.  This use of custom tailored teams of independent consultants also makes it possible to serve several clients without inappropriate conflicts of interest.

The Polaris Group relies heavily on the individual experience of its principals and consultants to demonstrate the ability to assist clients in the evaluation and design of EMS and medical transportation systems.  Few, if any, consulting firms can demonstrate the combination of EMS System design and implementation, Managed Care, and local government experience necessary to safely and expertly assist a client in the evolution of it’s system.  We believe that the combined experience of The Polaris Group is without equal in the industry.
