This engagement is in partnership with Health Care Visions and was recently awarded as the result of a national RFP for EMS consulting services. Project includes evaluation of operational and financial systems to optimize system performance and design.

Status: Completed initial evaluation and report. All recommendations adopted by the Board. Accounts Receivable backlog eliminated within 30 days. Operational improvements implemented. Engaged to assist with second phase of improvements.
