Recently engaged to assist this County owned non-for-profit hospital system with the redesign of its single provider, Countywide EMS system. The project requires The Polaris Group to develop a complete set of EMS system design specifications, an RFP based upon the approved specifications and to manage the procurement of an EMS system management contractor. EMS System Design Model chosen and RFP released. Proposals received and rejected. Currently engaged to assist in development and operation of a public EMS Authority and to assist in the development of enhanced Fire Department first response and rescue systems.
